To empower, educate, and elevate women from all walks of life by creating dynamic spaces for connection, collaboration, and celebration—while amplifying women-owned businesses and fostering a culture of legacy-building and leadership.

Event History

The Women’s Expo Huntsville began in March 2021, in honor of Women’s History Month, born from a vision by our founder, Tiffany Draper. She believed deeply that by creating a space where women from all walks of life could connect, support one another, and be exposed to local businesses and resources, it would not only foster entrepreneurship but inspire a movement.

What is the date of The 6th Annual Women’s Expo Hsv?

The 6th Annual Women’s Expo Huntsville will take place Friday March 27th-Sunday March 29th 2026 in Huntsville, AL at The Westin, Bridge Street Town Center.

Tickets will be Available October 3rd for the full weekend experience!

How do I become a vendor?

The Application Portal will open on August 31st at 8am . This year, we will only accept 60 Vendors. Please apply early! Please note that we will only grant MLM companies (1) booth. We encourage unique products and services. While we have tons of applications every year, we try our best to pick vendors who stand out. You can expect over 1,000 + people to be in attendance. All Vendor Spots are Sold Out as of 11/11/2025.

How do I place my products in the swag bags?

One of the highlights of The WEHSV are Giveaways! Our guests look forward to free samples and products given away at the Expo. Our largest turn out was around 2,500 guests to attend the expo and the attendance continues to grow every year. This would be the perfect opportunity to get your products in front of thousands of women. Please email g ifting@TheWomensExpoHuntsville.com for more information.

How can I be a part of The Women's Expo Hsv?

If you are interested in becoming a speaker or panelist, the application for Speakers/Panelists opens on July 25th and closes August 25th. Speaker Applications are now closed!

We will not open applications to volunteer for 2026. We are fully staffed and we have more than enough help. Thank you!

How do I become a Sponsor?

The Women's Expo Hsv + Conference has grown into one of the largest events in North Alabama for Women. It's a great event for women to make new connections, hear great speakers, learn new things watch amazing performers, shop for products they love—and so much more!
